Tips for Preparing Your Half Lamb Like a Pro!

  • Marinade the riblets in your favorite sauce and braai them as starters. Using a grid keeps them secure and lets you turn them easily for an even char.
  • Can't wait for next braai? Put 2 chops in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes each side.
  • Place loin and rack chops on their fat edge first. Sear vertically to render the fat, then lay them flat and finish braaing as usual.
  • Roast your leg of lamb for 3 hours at
    180 °C or until you reach an internal temperature of 60 °C.
  • When slicing the rolled shoulder, peel back the netting as you go to get neat, uniform slices.
